In 2023, David was awarded an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours List for “Services to the Video Games Industry and to Diversity”.
Now retired from the computer games industry, he curates the PotteriesAuthor YouTube channel, exploring and celebrating the ceramic heritage of Stoke-on-Trent.
