Doug is the International Relations & Operations Director at ICAEW and has over 15 years’ experience growing the international activities of Professional Accounting Organisations through stakeholder engagement, global partnerships and international relations.
Doug has worked across both business and education, supporting membership growth, capacity building and partnerships in the UK & Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, China and South Asia. He sits on the ICAEW International Leadership Team, represents ICAEW as a Technical Advisor to the Board at IFAC, is a member of the PAO Development Advisory Group at IFAC, as well as representing ICAEW in a senior capacity at Chartered Accountants Worldwide and the Global Accounting Alliance. He has been working at ICAEW for the past 7 years.
