Having qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Bristol and Southampton in 2007, Gemma went on to teach accounting at Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester Universities.
She was the Chief Financial Officer for FourteenFish Limited for around 10 years before selling the business in March 2022.
Gemma is married with two teenage children and in her spare time is a keen cyclist and writer of fiction books and screenplays.
