James Fok is Chief of Staff at Quantum Dice, an Oxford spin-out revolutionising computing with photonics-powered probabilistic hardware, engineered for dual-use, next-generation AI.
A Chartered Accountant, MIT Sloan Fellow, and Imperial College-trained mechanical and nuclear engineer, he began his career at PwC before building finance functions across FinTech, MedTech, and CleanTech ventures, including an early role at RoundShield Partners, since acquired by Harrison Street Asset Management.
He is a governor of Eastbourne College, a board member of the Old Centralians' Trust, and was a volunteer Deputy Finance Director at Pride in London.
