Commissioner Javey Paul D. Francisco brings over two decades of regulatory expertise to the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines, moving through the ranks to his appointment as Commissioner in 2018.
He was instrumental in driving the SEC’s landmark Digital Transformation Roadmap and currently oversees vital agency pillars, most notably its core regulatory operations — the Company Registration and Monitoring Department and the Financial Analysis and Audit Department — alongside the Human Resource and Management Services Departments.
At the forefront of green governance, he serves as the Chair of the SEC Sustainability Committee, where he is spearheading critical sustainable initiatives and reforms within the Commission.
