Working for listed financial services groups, John specialises in insurance technical accounting and regulatory reporting, having previously worked in practice as an auditor in the insurance sector.
He is also actively involved with ICAEW as a Council member and current Chair of the National Technical Accounting Committee, having been a past President of the Liverpool Society of Chartered Accountants, and previously a member of ICAEW’s Technical Strategy Board.
John is also Deputy Chair of the Pensby Runners running club.
