In 2019, Leila founded DIAL Global, a global community for inclusive, aspirational leaders with a mission to foster a more open, equitable, and high-performing society. Through DIAL, she champions bold conversations that reshape how organisations think about culture, talent, leadership, and inclusion.
At the heart of DIAL Global’s work is a deep commitment to the Social pillar of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) supporting organisations to go beyond statements and embed inclusive values into their business strategies, leadership behaviours, and governance frameworks.
