Louise joined ICAEW as Chief Membership Officer in November 2025, leading the development and delivery of the Institute's global membership strategy and enhancing the member experience across the student-to-member lifecycle.
With more than 20 years of experience across the financial, legal and media sectors, Louise has a strong track record in customer success, service delivery, retention and growth. Prior to joining ICAEW, she was Global Head of Customer Success and Service Delivery at Fitch Solutions, where she led global client engagement strategy and drove digital transformation initiatives. A collaborative and growth-focused leader, Louise is passionate about people, culture and inclusion, having co-founded Fitch Group's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and serving as a certified Mental Health First Aider.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys hiking, Peloton sessions, supporting her son's sporting activities and, more recently, developing her pottery skills.
