Ros is Chair of Companies House and the Independent Board member of the International Cricket Council. She is Senior Independent Director at Aperam SA in Luxembourg and at Victrex plc. She was formerly Chair of Anglian Water and of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and in various Board roles at Computacenter plc, ConvaTec plc, Ministry of Defence, Boparan Holdings, RPC Group plc, Ceva Logistics SA and Rexam plc.
Ros was Deputy Chair of the University of Southampton, was an NED of the “Your-Life” initiative, a Government led, industry sponsored campaign to increase take up of Maths and Physics amongst 14- to 16-year-olds and runs her local Community Interest Company, her local Arts Week and is also a sponsor of global Water Aid.
