Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the South Wales Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 22nd June 2026 at 5pm to convene for the following business purposes:
  1. To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 23rd June 2025 as a true and correct record
  2. To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2025
  3. To approve the appointment of the following Trustees of the Society for a second three year term effective from 22nd June 2026:

    • Andrew Morgan (President)
    • David Ainsworth
    • Brian Telford
     
  4. To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
