Anoushka is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience across audit, financial leadership, and transformation within complex, listed organisations. She has led large finance functions and delivered strategic change programmes that strengthen governance, risk management, and control frameworks. Her career spans senior roles at DS Smith Plc, Virgin Media O2, and Serco Plc, following early experience at Ernst & Young LLP. Now Finance Director for Genuit Plc’s Climate Division, she partners with the executive team to drive sustainable growth. A Fellow of ICAEW and member of ACCA, she is passionate about responsible stewardship and long term societal impact.
Based in Cyprus, Stephen is responsible for HB Reavis group financing connected to its real estate development/assets under management in London and Europe. In his family office role, he oversees activities related to other investments including in private equity, venture capital, financial instruments and the evolving Cypriot family office. A Fellow of ICAEW, he trained and qualified with PwC prior to moving into his current roles. He is a Chartered Director (IoD), a Chartered Member of CISI and a TEP with STEP, also serving on CISI's National Advisory Council Cyprus and the board of STEP Cyprus. Oxford educated, Stephen brings a Cyprus based, cross disciplinary and internationally minded perspective.
Mike has retired from practice as an audit partner with Crowe UK LLP having been with that firm since he first started training to be a ICAEW Chartered Accountant. He served as a member of the Executive team and as Crowe’s finance partner for a number of years, specialising throughout in the audits of a varied portfolio of charitable and not for profit organisations. A significant area of specialism was in endowed charities making grants as well as a number of high-profile national charities. Outside of his professional career Mike is a Trustee of a small charity which owns and safeguards playing fields for the public benefit, situated in the village where he lives. Mike is married with two daughters in their twenties and includes sport in his main interests, where he still plays (to a fashion) for the local cricket team.
Lore is the incoming CFO at Cambridge Enterprise, the University of Cambridge's technology transfer and commercialisation arm. She is currently leading FP&A and Finance Business Partnering at Cambridge University. Her career spans Big Four audit and restructuring (including a stint at the Lehman Brothers administration) and NHS finance, with deputy and acting CFO roles across a range of hospitals. She completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Emergent CFO Programme in 2025. A fellow of the ICAEW and holder of the JIEB qualification, Lore also holds a PhD in humanities from Cambridge University.
Andrew became the Chairman of CAT Ltd (Chartered Accountants Trustees) in 2024, having been a director of the board since 2019. He is a past President of ICAEW. He spent his career with PwC as lead engagement partner for the audits of a number of large international companies in a range of industries. Until recently he was deputy chair of of Barclays Bank UK PLC and chair of its Audit Committee. He is also a trustee of a number of other charities.
Andrew Wauchope has specialised in investment management and the charity sector throughout his 30 years in the investment industry. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and has been a visiting lecturer at the Cass Business School. He is a trustee of CABA, the Solicitors Charity and Honorary Treasurer of the Sir Halley Stewart Trust. He is an external advisor for the RCN Foundation, a member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the Institute of Civil Engineers and sits on the Court of the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers, a London Livery Company.
Talha has over eight years of experience spanning external audit, audit quality and risk management, and business advisory. He trained as an ICAEW chartered accountant at PwC where he worked across manufacturing, infrastructure and retail in PE-backed and listed environments. He previously held a role supporting the firm's response to the FRC on audit quality. He currently works in RSM's consulting practice advising middle-market business leaders on accounting and compliance matters. Outside of his career Talha serves as a school governor with responsibility for SEND and Inclusion, is a keen traveller and enjoys racquet sports and running.
