Biography
I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers on a placement scheme whilst studying Business Management at the University of Surrey and then continued my ACA post-graduation and qualified in 2009.
I left for industry and joined my brother, who owned his own business providing managed hosting (internet) services and was looking to exit. We sold that business to iomart Group Plc in 2010. I have worked within iomart since that time, primarily as a Managing Director for subsidiary companies, growing the business both organically and through M&A activities, until more recently being appointed as COO for the group.
I have been a member of the ICAEW Technical Faculty Board for a number of years and have contributed technical and business content. My areas of interest and expertise include security/cyber services, business transformation through technology and service, and ensuring business leaders receive accurate and relevant insights into emerging technologies so they can make informed decisions to address business risks and maximise opportunities.
