Biography
Mo is a Corporate Finance Partner and Head of Private Equity at Grant Thornton since 2001. Focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence support for corporate, private equity and institutional clients on all types of transactions such as acquisitions, fund-raising, investments, refinancing, and disposals.
His key area of expertise is due diligence and bid support, whereas his sector experience includes technology, IT/software, media, healthcare, financial services.
