Biography
I am currently an ACA student sitting case study and hope to qualify this year.
I have been on the Sheffield and District Chartered Accountants' Student Society since 2016 and represented the Society on the ICAEW Student Council since then.
I have also been a 'Diversity Champion' for the ICAEW since 2016, this involves reaching out to the local schools, colleges and universities and encouraging students from all backgrounds to consider studying ACA. The aim of this is to diversify the face of ICAEW and get the word out to young people that ICAEW is committed to representing and have representation from people of all backgrounds.
I also host my own show on BBC Radio Sheffield - 'The Monday Night Social' where local people are invited on each week to discuss the good work that they are carrying out in and for the local community. It was a pleasure to have the Chair, ICAEW Student Council (2019-2020), Jake Holdroyd on my show and discuss the great work that ICAEW Student Societies are doing across the UK.
