Biography
Esther Leung moved to Bristol to train with Smith & Williamson after graduating from the London School of Economics and interning at Siemens. She qualified as a chartered accountant in 2017 and proceeded to move into industry to work at Danone.
Having been involved in various societies throughout school and university, she was keen to be involved with the local student society, BADCASS, whilst studying the ACA. She has held roles as sponsor liaison, firm representative and Vice-Chair for BADCASS in addition to being social secretary and student representative for audit trainees at work. More recently, she has chaired the BADCASS committee, been an ISC representative, committee member for ICAEW West of England and has helped to start a younger members group, WECAN – the West of England Chartered Accountants’ Network.
In her spare time, Esther enjoys cooking for friends, is frequently trying new foods & restaurants and loves to travel, with the aim of exploring a new country every year.
