Biography
Andy is a Director in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets team. He has over 20 years’ experience in providing a range of audit, assurance, accounting and transaction related services to clients, with particular focus on working with and supporting dynamic organisations during periods of change (IPO, re-financing, acquisitions/disposals, restructuring). He currently works with a range of retail Financial Services businesses and is one of PwC’s asset backed securitisation experts, helping clients raise debt market funding, buy or sell asset pools and access Central Bank liquidity schemes.
Andy is a member of the ICAEW Council and the ICAEW Nominations Committee, and Chair of ICAEW's Committee of Council. He is also a Trustee of the Nottingham Playhouse and Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee.
