Workshop: Probate services - the how and the why
In this pre-recorded session Mercia's David Norris and ICAEW's Janet Hartnas look at how many firms are registered to provide probate services, how to go about getting a probate licence and how you might structure your firm once registered. There will then be an exploration of how firms might make the most of the licence to benefit their clients and link to a range of other opportunities.
