Remote invigilation – extra time access arrangements

If you want to book an OnVUE remote invigilation exam and have an extra time access arrangement already in place with us please follow the instructions below.

  1. If you have not been provided with a voucher code from your employer, you need to purchase one for each exam attempt using a credit or debit card from the Pearson VUE voucher store. You must do this as, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pearson VUE customer service agents are working from home and are unable to take payments over the phone. When completing the form to purchase a voucher code, please enter N/A into the VAT field. This is only required for company orders.
  2. Call the Pearson VUE customer service team. Their contact details can be found here.
  3. Advise the customer service agent:
    a. Your ICAEW student ID number
    b. The name of the test you would like to book
    c. That you have a pre-approved time extension accommodation (access arrangement)
    d. That you will provide payment by voucher (read out the voucher number when requested)
  4. The Pearson VUE representative may need to pass the request on to another team to complete the booking. If this is the case, please allow up to seven working days to receive a call back to discuss further or an email confirming your appointment has been booked. Please be patient during this challenging time, and allow for possible delays.
