Ian is a partner in KPMG’s Advisory Practice and leads the Transaction Services practice in Western Canada.

Ian has specialized in transaction services related work for over 18 years. His experience includes corporate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, IPOs), work for private equity providers and due diligence for debt providers. The focus of Ian’s work has been the provision of independent information and advice to assist companies in the maximization of shareholder value. Ian has worked within the KPMG Transaction Services practices in the United Kingdom (1997 – 2002), Toronto (2003 – 2004) and Vancouver (2005 + ).
