Tyrone Courtman FCA has been elected as President for ICAEW Leicestershire and Northamptonshire following in the footsteps of Steven Mugglestone FCA who stepped down at the recent AGM.
The society was formed in 1901 serves more than 3,000 members in the counties of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and the District of Peterborough.
The society’s members come from accountancy practices small and large and from a range of business, public sector and Third Sector interests. The district society is deeply engaged in the development of the local economy and regards the promotion of the profession – especially among students – as a crucial part of its work.
It also acts as a link between the ICAEW in Moorgate Place and members in the district.
