The London and South East and East of England Economic Summits took place on 24 and 25 May with 450 guests attending the virtual events over two days. The summits provided great insight and analysis on how local economies can begin to emerge stronger through a sustainable recovery. The discussions also reflected on how businesses have fared since the previous Economic Summits in December 2020. Plenary speaker analysis from ICAEW and the Bank of England set the tone before guests moved into breakout rooms for regional and topical panel discussions.
