Practitioners’ Conference: first-time attendees go half price!

First-time attendees at the LSCA’s Practitioners’ Conference this March will receive a 50% discount while, to celebrate the LSCA’s 150th anniversary, delegates can get a £150 discount if they refer a friend. And don’t forget the early bird discount, available before 7 February 2020.

Keeping up to date with standards is something that practitioners are well versed in, but where can you get everything you need, all in one place? Look no further than this year’s Practitioners’ Conference, 19-21 March.

The profession continues to change with the flows of the economy and, as ICAEW Chartered Accountants, we need to keep up. 

One of the many ways the London Society of Chartered Accountants is helping to support its members is bringing back the Practitioners Conference in Cambridge.

Taking place between 19 March – 21 March, this conference not only gives delegates access to a variety of technical updates, but also allows ample opportunities for networking and consulting with speakers over the week. 

You’ll have the chance to pick experts’ brains on their latest update, including Peter Herbert (founding director of Insight Training) and Rebecca Benneyworth MBE who will be on site throughout.

Encompassing a broad spectrum of subjects, this years’ conference will cover topics including property tax, inheritance tax, insolvency and HMRC enquiries.

Every practitioner needs to be able to build lasting relationships with their clients, as well as having technical expertise. Therefore, we are delighted to be joined by CABA (Chartered Accountants Benevolent Association), who will be giving you top tips on ‘Persuasion and Influencing Skills’. 

Alongside the 12 lectures, delegates also enjoy two dinners, discussions groups and multiple networking opportunities.
