William Fitzpatrick holds a portfolio of directorships and is currently Chair of Inspire, Northern Ireland's largest mental health charity. William previously worked at senior levels in corporate finance with PwC in London and Belfast, and has been active in ICAEW’s Northern Ireland group for many years.

A Fellow & Business and Finance Professional of ICAEW, Sarah-Jayne has overall responsibility for financial reporting, commercial pricing, treasury, risk & compliance at the Mount Charles Group. Sarah-Jayne provides her expertise, guidance, support and challenge to the senior management team for the financial and commercial control of Group activities. She has gained significant experience in the development of business growth strategies, implementing substantial business transformation by driving profitability, efficiency and innovation.

Caroline graduated from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1988 with an Honours Degree in Economics. Prior to joining Coopers & Lybrand, Birmingham in 1989 she graduated from the Midland Bank Plc Group’s Accelerated Management Trainee Graduate Scheme, being placed in the top 5. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Caroline joined ASM Belfast in November 2010 as Head of Tax, after a 21 year career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, involving working across Audit, Corporate Finance and Tax, in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. She has considerable experience in delivering a range of taxation services to clients across many sectors and has particular expertise in dealing with Shareholder and Owner–Managed Business Taxation Matters, Corporate Reconstructions, Inward Investment Companies, and Research & Development Tax Relief.

Bernard is a Director in KPMG and leads their Managed Solutions business in Northern Ireland, which provides tailored solutions in response to client challenges. He has over 25 years' experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Risk & Governance, across a wide range of sectors, including Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Leisure and the Public Sector in Northern Ireland. Bernard has played an active role in the local ICAEW members' group in Northern Ireland for a number of years and would strongly encourage members with links to Northern Ireland (both near and far) to engage with our local community.

Chris is a Senior Investment Manager with Clarendon Fund Managers, a Northern Ireland-based venture capital firm. Chris makes investments into technology and life sciences companies in the Northern Ireland region and works closely with management teams as they grow their businesses.
