The Annual General Meeting of the South Essex Society of Chartered Accountants will be held on Wednesday 24 May 2023, 08:00 at The Lion Inn, Main Road, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 3JA.
The AGM is open to all members of the South Essex District Society in person or by proxy. The business will include receiving the annual report and financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2022 and announcing the names of officers and members elected to serve on the Main Committee of the Society.
Any member unable to attend the Annual General Meeting may request a proxy voting form from Eloise Puffett by e-mail eloise.puffett@icaew.com.
To be valid this proxy form must be returned to Eloise Puffett no later than 17:00 on Friday 12 May 2023 and must be signed by the member and include the member’s ICAEW membership number.
