Mary Simpson

With over 15 years’ experience in marcomms, business development, and member engagement, Mary’s specialty is event management. She has overseen the conception to implementation of events and programs in Hong Kong, Australia, Hawaii and Amsterdam with attendance of up to 20,000 people.

With a passion for public speaking, highlights include being the Master of Ceremonies for InterCham’s Annual Business Luncheon attended by 1,200+ Hong Kong business leaders and national ambassadors. Mary was also the Hong Kong Master of Ceremonies for the Asia tour of former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Additionally, Mary enjoys volunteering in the areas of pastoral ministry, life coaching and mentoring and seeing people achieve their full potential both personally and professionally.

Virginia Li, Member Engagement Manager, Hong Kong

Virginia Li

With 10 years of experience in Relationship Management, Event Planning, and Business Development, Virginia is driven by collaboration and taking on new challenges. Her expertise focuses on relationship engagement, often becoming a trust point of contact to high-profiled business executives and industry leaders. She is skilled at building strategic partnerships and managing a wide range of events.

Candice Tang, Member Engagement Co-Ordinator, Hong Kong

With five years of experience in financial journalism and international media practices, Candice is skilled at communications and research. She has extensive knowledge of finance and economics in Hong Kong.

Before joining ICAEW, she was a reporter/producer at Now Finance, one of Hong Kong's largest broadcasters, where she gained recognition and awards for her in-depth reporting pieces. In addition, she is skilled at relationship management and processes a diverse network across financial and economic sectors.
