Titled Off the balance sheet: Leading when you are accountable for more than you can see, the roundtables will examine risks that may sit beyond an organisation’s immediate visibility. These can include inherited decisions, embedded workarounds, legacy systems and the increasing use of AI in decision-making.
The discussions will consider the particular challenges faced by leaders of global capability centres, who may be accountable for global outcomes while having limited authority to change the systems, reporting structures or governance behind them.

The invitation-only roundtables will bring together a select group of GCC heads, managing directors, CFOs and other senior leaders from sectors including technology, financial services, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
Hosted by ICAEW in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry and moderated by Vandana Saxena Poria OBE FCA, both sessions will be held under the Chatham House Rule to support a candid exchange of perspectives.
