His coaching and facilitation expertise has been founded on career experience at global firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture where he had an outstanding record of designing and delivering people development programmes, managing organisational structure and people changes and improving capabilities through training and coaching.
He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership and talent development programmes:

- Supporting organisations and individuals through organisational structure, business, people and culture changes
