The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has ambitious plans to overhaul audit and corporate governance regulation. ICAEW therefore held a virtual session on Friday 18 June that focused on Corporate Governance: Big Changes Ahead? This was an interactive session hosted by Iain Wright ICAEW’s Managing Director of Reputation & Influence where ICAEW members had the opportunity to ask questions directly to BEIS officials.
