ICAEW - The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a world leader in the accountancy and finance profession, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a statutory body for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountants in India, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for mutual recognition of their qualifications and to create a pathway for their members to become members of the other’s institutes. Economic growth forecast revised as investment declines, says ICAEW

16 September 2019. The outlook for economic growth in the UK will depend on the way the UK’s departure from the EU is resolved, according to ICAEW. But in its latest Economic Forecast, published today, ICAEW said while much of the decline in business investment reflects Brexit uncertainty it is also related to some structural shifts in the economy.
