Aji Paramartha holds bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Indonesia with more than 16 years of professional experiences across accounting, project management, strategy consulting, organizational development and human resources roles in Indonesia and ASEAN. Aji is currently a Director with the People Performance and Culture of KPMG Indonesia where he looks after Human Resources, communication and CSR. His work in the private sector has involved considerable collaboration with various organizations from across different sectors.
Alan’s first job in industry was as employee #9 at the first American F1 team in 30 years. He has spent half his career in businesses that are losing money but building rapidly. Now, he is the Finance Director for a new electric motorsports series and has set up his own practice, Cornerstone Accounts.
Alexis has a career spanning almost 30 years in various business sectors. Starting his career with an accountancy firm in London where he obtained his ACA qualification and was heavily involved in M&A activity. He currently serves on the board of Directors of Grant Thornton Blockchain Cyprus, heading the firm’s DLT operations. Alexis has for the last two years been the CEO of Block.co, a University of Nicosia spin-off, commercializing a BaaS platform. Alexis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Economics and Accountancy from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Digital Currencies and Blockchain Technology from the University of Nicosia, and is a Fellow Member of the ICAEW.
Andrew Ratcliffe is a past President of ICAEW. He continues to be an active member of ICAEW, chairing the Sustainability Committee and as a member of the board of the ICAEW Foundation. He spent his full-time career with PwC, leading large international audit engagements in a range of industries and carrying out other advisory work. He also served as a member of the PwC UK firm’s Board and as the chairman of PwC’s Global Board, which oversees the PwC international network.
Anna is an Audit Partner based in RSM’s Birmingham office, where she started as a graduate in 2002. She is also a working mother, and progressed to partner while working part time. She is passionate about equality and is a member of the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group.
After graduating with a History degree from the University of Southampton in 2013, Ben has worked with university students helping them make the best educational and career related decisions. As a Director at Bright Network, he’s focused on upskilling students and ensuring they receive tailored support throughout their early career. He regularly gives talks on CVs, applications, commercial awareness and impressing employers.
Christos is a Senior II Auditor in the audit department of KPMG in Cyprus, working on a diverse clientele including financial services, investment management, funds and retailing companies. He is currently an ACA trainee and near to the completion of the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification. Christos also holds the position of Sports Officer in Cyprus Chartered Accountants Student Society (CCASS).

Gavin is the Regional Director for Professional Development at PwC’s Academy Middle East. He oversees the development of executive education and IFRS training for Academies in the region and has delivered training programmes to over 30,000 students and delegates from over 4,000 organisations around the world during his twenty years plus as a trainer. Gavin is a strong advocate of IFRS as the global financial reporting language and remains actively involved in discussions and consultations around the future development and maintenance of the standards.
George is a product manager in SAP with over 12 years’ experience in financial information technology industry. He has broad financial knowledge of multiple accounting principles including IFRS, US GAAP, China GAAP. George is responsible for development management of next generation’s financial intelligence platform on cloud. Moreover, he has extensive hands-on customer consultation project management experience of financial accounting automation projects, including financial digital transformation, financial process optimization and financial risk evaluation.
Phi Kieu Trang is a Student of National Economics University, studying an ICAEW CFAB Integrated programme with the School of Accounting and Auditing. She joined the ICAEW Greater China and South East Asia Business Challenge in 2020. She is also the president at Hanoikids, a student run organisation based in Hanoi, Vietnam, established in 2006.
Kit is a social entrepreneur with the desire to change the world, one child at a time. Her passion to share her knowledge has led her to become a trainer, inspiring and empowering her audiences in a wide range of topics. She co-founded Kidz Smart Academy, a centre that offers life skills programs for youth so that she can teach them to fish. A chartered accountant by training, Kit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
With more than 10 years of working experience in the accounting and finance function, Swee Ling is currently a Finance Senior Manager at Sea where she oversees the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team along with the Garena business.
A passionate advocate of inclusive leadership, belonging and wellbeing, Soo Fern is a Partner and the Malaysia Talent Leader in Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn. Bhd. Dr Lim comes with a multi-disciplinary background. Prior to setting up Cammillion, he was the CEO and Head of Economics at Penang Institute, one of the premier public policy think tanks in Malaysia. He was also a proprietary trader at Credit Suisse in London and a Director at JL Capital in Singapore.
Based in Singapore, Mark was previously ICAEW's Regional Director Greater China & South-East Asia. He is responsible for leading ICAEW activities outside the UK to support members, grow student numbers, manage stakeholder engagement and develop ICAEW’s international capacity building.

Michael joined ICAEW in July 2014 as Regional Director for Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA). Prior to joining ICAEW, Michael spent 35 years with KPMG. He joined KPMG in London in 1978 and qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in 1982. Michael has more than 25 years of experience working in the Middle East. He was appointed as Partner in 1988. He served as Partner in Charge of KPMG's practice in Oman. Michael was a member of the Management Committee of KPMG in the Lower Gulf and was appointed as their Head of Audit from 2005 until his retirement in 2013. He served as a member of KPMG's Global Quality Steering Group. Michael has extensive experience in auditing and advising financial institutions, and energy and natural resources companies; in addition to having held several leadership and advisory positions in business and the government sector.
Morvialee Omoyinmi is 4 years post qualified. She began her ACA training contract at Mazars LLP where she trained in Audit and specialised in IT Audit. Post qualifying, she moved out of practice into an Internal Audit role in the Insurance industry. Morvialee has used her experience in practice as well as insurance to navigate her way into the banking sector as an Assistance Vice President in an IT Audit role. Morvialee is very driven and loves to share her experiences to encourage others.
Naomi completed her first 100 days with Chevening in March 2020, just before the UK entered lockdown, and has been leading the Chevening programme’s response to Covid-19. As Head of Scholarships, she is responsible for the strategic direction, budget and policy for Chevening. She is also responsible for the other Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) scholarship programme, the Marshall programme for US citizens.
Naveen is a Partner with RSM’s audit practice, where he is responsible for auditing a diverse clientele, including publicly-listed organisations, privately-held organisations, multinationals, emerging businesses, as well as non-profit organisations.
Nha Nhat Minh is a 21-year-old Vietnamese living in Ho Chi Minh City. She is presently pursuing a profession in auditing as a Finance and Banking student. She joined the ICAEW in late 2019 and finished the CFAB at the start of this year. She is currently working on the next step of the ICAEW, which is the Professional level. This event excites her both as a speaker and as a member of the audience.
Nicholas Tay is a Finance Management Trainee with three years of experience of working in Genting Malaysia Berhad. Prior to training as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, Nicholas graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Manchester. He has had various experiences in corporate tax planning, financial reporting as well as performing due diligence and market research for corporate projects. Nicholas is passionate, outspoken and intends to inspire prospective chartered accountants with his unconventional background, knowledge, and experience. Hoang has 24 years of experiences in tax, finance and business advisory services overseeing multinational businesses operating in Vietnam in a wide variety of industry such as real estate, banking and financial services. Hoang is an ICAEW Charted Accountant and a fellow member of ACCA. He graduated with an International Taxation AD Degree with ADIT (CiOT – UK) with a U.S. Tax major and Transfer Pricing certifications. He is also a member of the VTCA Committees, CPA Australia and VACPA (Vietnam), and holds a MBA degree (Beta Gamma Sigma recognition) at University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business, and Master of Science in Professional Accountancy (University of London).
Rhiannon is the Business Lead for the Our Planet team and has helped WWF to create two films for business - Our Planet: Too Big To Fail (2020) and Our Planet: Our Business (2019) The two films have been shown at 350+ events and helped to inspire hundreds of businesses and organisations on their sustainability journey. Before moving to the non-profit sector, Rhiannon was Head of Department and Executive Creative Director at one of Scandinavia’s largest advertising agencies, creating online and offline, B2B and B2C campaigns for brands like NikeWomen, Dell, IKEA and British Airways. Rhiannon holds a first-class honours BA and a MA from the University of Wales, Swansea.
Sara Minchin is a Senior Sustainable Finance Specialist at WWF-UK. Her work focuses on sustainable finance practises, policies and regulation and how these lead to tangible sustainable outcomes for our environment. She works with the finance sector and the regulators to help them better integrate environmental considerations into investment and lending decisions. Sara has a background in finance having previously worked for 3i plc, KPMG and Deloitte. She is a chartered accountant and a fellow of ICAEW and has a BA in European Studies from King College London and Institute d’Etudes Politiques (‘Sciences-Po’) Paris.
Sharon Spice is the Director of Global Marketing, Brand and Belonging at ICAEW, leading seven teams across the business which focus on engaging students at early years in their education, through to working closely with large global corporates. She has worked in many markets around the world and has over 25 years professional experience from supporting entrepreneurs in business planning through to spending 14 years in various roles at ICAEW. Sharon is passionate about creating greater access to the profession, ensuring that individuals with ‘talent’ and ‘potential’ know how to enter Chartered Accountancy and also have a greater understanding of the role ICAEW can play in supporting their future aspirations. In addition, she chairs several external committees on areas such as diversity and recruitment. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a Masters and Bachelors in business subjects.
Sherv graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in English and an MA in English Literary Studies. He is currently a Senior Auditor in BDO UK’s Public Sector Internal Audit team working with clients in local government, healthcare and the publicly funded sports sector, and holds both the BFP and ACA designations (fully qualified in 2021). Sherv also has experience in the charity sector, starting his ACA training at The Donkey Sanctuary, an international animal welfare charity. He led a refresh of the visual identity of Charities Internal Audit Network (CIAN) during his time as an executive trustee, and currently serves as a trustee of an academy school in southwest England.
Simon is a Chartered Accountant who, having spent nearly 20 years carrying out senior finance roles in the financial services sector moved into the Not for Profit five years ago. He has been a Director of C40 Cities, and is now on the Board of nasen (National Association for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), and two local charities in his home city of Edinburgh. He has also engaged with two social enterprises Clean Water Wave as a volunteer and Babban Gona, a Nigerian based maize producer, as Interim CFO. Most recently, he is undertaking a six month contract with the British Red Cross.
Sundip joined CDSB’s technical team in 2019 after spending four years representing the UK private equity and venture capital industry. Previously, Sundip trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte in the Banking and Capital Markets group and is a member of ICAEW. He has an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge. Sundip supports the CDSB’s technical work programme to drive uptake of the TCFD recommendations and enhance reporting of climate, natural capital and environmental information globally.
Taha is a prize-winning graduate from the PwC Flying Start degree programme at the University of Nottingham. Taha is now currently working as a Senior Audit Associate, in PwC's central audit practice, alongside being involved in mentoring and ambassadorial roles with an aim to increase social mobility as well as encouraging greater diversity + inclusion in the accounting profession.
