Statistics on the UK
The Gambling Commission compiles and publishes Gambling Industry Statistics annually. Data covers the betting, bingo, casinos, gaming machines and arcades, lotteries and remote gambling sectors and provides figures for premises, employment, turnover and participation.
Office for National Statistics
The Annual Business Survey (ABS) from the Office for National Statistics collects financial information covering UK production, construction, distribution and service industries. Statistics available include:

The American Gaming Association produces an annual report State of the States: The AGA Survey of Casino Entertainment that gives detailed analysis of the US commercial casino industry and gaming equipment manufacturing sectors.
