New guidance: UK Intellectual Property Office updates EU and EEA business guidance

Businesses and individuals doing business in the European Union (EU) and/or European Economic Area (EEA) will welcome updated guidance from the UK Intellectual Property Office to help them protect and enforce their IP rights.

The guidance ‘IP in the EU and EEA’ provides practical information and resources to help UK businesses and individuals make the most of their trade marks, patents, designs and copyright, and enforce their rights, when doing business in the EU and EEA.
