The free Find and update service is available now and offers:
- Advanced company searches
- Dissolved company searches
- Company snapshot reports
- An alphabetical name search
- An ordering facility for certificates of incorporation and change of name, certified documents and missing images
Records of companies dissolved since January 2010 are available on the Find and update service and will be kept for 20 years from dissolution.
However, dissolved records from before January 2010 will not immediately be available on the service until proposed new laws on suppression of personal information on the register are brought into force.
