Terms & Conditions for Prize Draw

Eligibility

• To qualify for the prize draw, participants must meet the eligibility criteria, which includes consenting to take part and completing the survey in full. Participation is only open to individuals who are eligible to participate in the survey as determined by ICAEW. Employees, agents, or family members of ICAEW or its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

Entry into the Prize Draw

• At the end of the survey, you will have the option to opt in or out of the prize draw. Your selection will either qualify or exclude you from the prize draw as appropriate. Only those who opt in will be entered into the draw.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within a week of the closing date. If you are selected as a prize draw winner, you will be notified via the email address registered with ICAEW by the end of November. If a response is not received within 14 days of the notification, ICAEW reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize

• The prize consists of Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs"). Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion, and except as required by law, GCs cannot be transferred, exchanged for value, or redeemed for cash. Using your Personal Information

• The protection of personal data is an important concern to ICAEW. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition and facilitation of any prizes won. ICAEW will not use personal data provided for marketing purposes. ICAEW will not share personal data provided with third parties. Please note, if you are successful, we will use your email address to contact you to facilitate your prize. Disqualification

• ICAEW reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or is found to have provided false or misleading information.

General

• The Promoter is ICAEW, Chartered Accountants’ Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.
• ICAEW reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as necessary. By participating in the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

• ICAEW is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delayed submissions, or other issues that may prevent or affect entry into the prize draw. In the event that the prize draw cannot be conducted as planned, ICAEW reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the prize draw.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
