We aim to treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity and respect.
Our staff similarly have the right to be treated with respect and allowed to carry out our regulatory and conduct work without threats, abuse or harassment.
Any verbal, written or physical behaviour, which causes our staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We support our staff in addressing such behaviour promptly and appropriately, including ending phone calls and correspondence.
Consequences of abusive behaviour towards our staff may include a formal complaint investigation, the sharing of information with the Police and other legal action.
