All existing accredited probate firms and/or practitioners for legal services will be automatically authorised from 1 October 2025 to provide oaths and though the Mercia webinar is not mandatory for current practitioners, we want to emphasise it is strongly recommended to take this course if firms are considering offering oaths administration to clients at any point in the future.

Any newly accredited firms will have this learning included in their accreditation.

The webinar recording is short (approximately 12 minutes long) and available at no charge.
