The Professional Discussion is one part of your end-point assessment, the other being the Role Simulation exam. The Professional Discussion is a two-way discussion where the assessor will ask questions to allow you to demonstrate your competence of the knowledge, skills and behaviours which are specified for the end-point assessment in the Apprenticeship Standard.
