Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Audit and Assurance Faculty is being held on 16 May 2018, commencing at 13:00, at Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Chartered Accountants’ Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.
Notice of AGM
The annual general meeting of the Audit and Assurance Faculty will be held on 16 May 2018, commencing 13:00, at Chartered Accountants’ Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA.
The AGM is being held for the following purposes:
- To receive a report by the chairman of the faculty, James Roberts, on the activities of the Faculty in 2017.
- To receive the annual review and financial statements of the Audit & Assurance Faculty for the year ended 31 December 2017.
- To receive a report on the results of the election for seats on the Faculty Committee in 2018.
- To answer questions about the activities of the Audit & Assurance Faculty.
Elections to faculty committeeElections will be held in 2018 for seats on the Audit and Assurance Faculty Committee.
Nominations for these elections must be received by noon on 29 March 2018. Polling day is 27 April 2018. If you are interested in standing for the committee and would like to find out more about what is involved, please email email@example.com
