Carol Warburton has always enjoyed being an auditor, since the early part of her career as a trainee at Grant Thornton, across the many types and sizes of public and private sector clients she has engaged with, and in her current role as National Head of Audit at Baldwins.
She wants to instil her enthusiasm in the next generation of auditors, who are entering the profession at a time of great change.
