The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires certain organisations to publish a section 54 transparency in supply chains statement which outlines the steps taken by the business to prevent, detect and report instances of modern slavery within its supply chain. In this webinar Sara Brennan, Positive Business Director, and Kaiesha Gibson, Corporate Responsibility Manager, explain their approach to preparing the section 54 statement for Pentland Brands, including how this has evolved over the years and the challenges faced.
