The Corporate Finance Faculty held its 2022 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 17 May.
There was standing room only in the Members’ Room at Chartered Accountants’ Hall for the Annual General Meeting of the Corporate Finance Faculty on Tuesday 17 May.
Representatives from more than 50 firms received the Annual Review for 2021, presented by the Faculty Chairman, Mo Merali. He was followed to the lectern by David Petrie, who set out the Faculty’s plans for 2022/3.

A presentation was made to Shaun Beaney in recognition of his years of dedicated service to ICAEW and the Corporate Finance Faculty. Shaun leaves ICAEW for a new post at Prequin at the end of this month.

The Corporate Finance Faculty is the ICAEW’s centre of professional excellence. It contributes to policy development and many consultations by international organisations, governments, regulators and other professional bodies. It provides a wide range of services, events and media to its members.
The faculty’s network includes more than 80 member organisations. More than 40 per cent of the faculty’s membership is from beyond ICAEW.
