Calling CFOs, M&A directors, finance professionals and M&A advisers to share their experience of an acquisition. This survey is hosted on an external site.

Responding to this survey will help inform independent academic research, supported by ICAEW charitable trusts, around the speed of post-merger integration.

Many members are involved in transforming businesses through M&A – as advisers to, or within a business. In addition to a financing strategy, acquisitions involve an integration plan. The research will explore integration factors and consider the extent to which speed of integration can help determine the success of an acquisition.

By completing the survey based on their experience of an acquisition, members will provide valuable insights that, when aggregated, will be of interest for future transactions.

The research findings will be made available in due course.
