Taking over the chair role

Kate said "I am excited to have taken over the role as chair of the Forensic & Expert Witness community and thank Vikki Wall for her hard work and dedication over the past few years. I will continue to support forensic accountants as we step back into the office and am delighted at the success of our online events with attendees from across the globe". Kate’s first big challenge in the role will be assisting the ICAEW team with the Annual Virtual Conference, due to take place on Tuesday 16 November.

Outgoing community chair Vikki Wall commented that “The global pandemic brought an interesting end to my term as chair of the forensic and expert witness advisory group, but I was glad to be able to assist forensic accountants particularly during this difficult period. I am delighted to pass on this role to Kate Hart and I wish her well guiding the group (hopefully soon) back into more normal times”. The ICAEW wishes to thank Vikki for her time, valuable contribution and leadership across the six years volunteered to the community.
