The Excel Community is ICAEW’s comprehensive resource for all things spreadsheets. If you’ve been a member over the course of 2021, then you’ve benefitted from:
  • A suite of eight online training modules
  • Over 130 timely and in-depth Excel blogs on subjects from charting to financial modelling
  • Ten live webinars including audience Q&A

Heading into 2022, I am pleased to confirm that we are planning even more – all your regular blogs and the online training modules are staying, plus we have an expanded slate of webinars planned including:

  • An updated comprehensive guide to PivotTables
  • Using Power Pivot to automate management reporting
  • Less-known Excel functions
  • Intro to Power Query
  • Plus more live Q&A sessions!

We are also working on an assessment tool for our Spreadsheet Competency Framework, which will allow Excel Community subscribers to test their skills against the four levels to get a certificate of their experience and recommendations for what to learn next. This should be launched early in 2022.

If you have previously enjoyed the Excel Community via your Tech Faculty membership, please note that the Tech Faculty is changing model next year and will make its offerings open to all ICAEW members. If you would like to keep on making use of the Excel training then please make sure to include Excel Community when renewing your memberships for 2022.
