How can you ensure information is set up completely and accurately?
I have lost count of the number of times recently that I have had to send emails with screenshots asking people to ensure they tick the appropriate boxes, fill in the relevant fields, and select appropriate tags when setting up clients in software. My patience is wearing thin – grumpy old man syndrome is setting in!
