Clare trained with Smith & Williamson before joining PwC's International Corporate Tax team. She is self-employed, enjoying a mix of contracting and tax consultancy. In June 2013, Clare was elected as ICAEW's first Council Member for Oceania.
Annemiek previously served as Senior Vice President, Commercial APAC at Fossil Group and has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director for Australia and VP roles across APAC, Licensed Brands and China. She has led global teams across Europe, the UK, Australia and Asia. She is an ICAEW member and a former ICAEW Hong Kong Ambassador and was named one of Hong Kong’s Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders in both 2017 and 2018.
Marie is Payroll/HR Manager at Glencore Australia. She is an FCA experienced financial controller who has worked in blue chip commercial, not for profit and professional environments..
Jane is an experienced adviser specialising in regulatory, employment and payroll compliance, with a strong background in finance, tax and banking risk. Jane works closely with boards and executive teams across startups, SMEs and notforprofits, delivering practical solutions to complex regulatory challenges. Jane is the caba Champion for Sydney.
Rune has worked in accounting and finance for more than 25 years both in Australia and Europe with substantial experience in financial services. Prior to joining Kennedy Partners Wealth, Rune was the COO/CFO at a boutique investment management and advisory firm focusing on the alternative asset space. Rune holds Bachelor of Business degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Rune also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance.
Tom Johns has held the position of Chief Financial Officer with BGIS Asia Pacific since October 2019. He has 29 years’ experience as a leading financial professional in global technology and services businesses. Most recently he was the Finance Director-Origination with Downer, an integrated services company, where his role focussed on a significant pipeline of major infrastructure bids in ANZ, with targeted expansion into overseas markets. Most of his career has been with Unisys, a worldwide information technology company, culminating in the role Regional CFO, Unisys Asia Pacific & Japan. He provided overall financial leadership and direction for the Asia Pacific region (US$400m, 10 countries, 3000+ employees).
Nadia is a transformation and management consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations across a wide range of industries improve how they operate. Having worked with more than 100 organisations globally, she partners with leaders to identify gaps and transform teams, processes and technology to become more efficient and customer focused. Nadia has worked extensively across Australia, the UK, Europe and the United States.
Sara has been responsible for providing finance services to large, complex engineering and ICT projects with multi-national corporations and government agencies in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. She specializes in implementing substantial business initiatives and operational improvements.
Diane qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. Soon after qualifying she moved to industry, having a number of finance roles in the UK before moving to Sydney in 2004. Diane is an experienced commercial finance professional with over 15 years working in the fast moving Global Telecoms sector. Her current role is as a Customer Business Controller, leading the financial & commercial support for a large customer focused sales, delivery & operational team.
Adam qualified with a mid-tier firm in Somerset, assisting small and medium sized farming businesses with their tax and business affairs. He emigrated to Sydney in 2018 and has a keen interest in assisting ICAEW members to settle in to life in Australia, holding social events for Younger Members on a regular basis. He currently works within the Business Advisory team at RSM.
Richard set up his own consultancy firm in 1989, Stokes Partners International. He is an external compliance committee member for various investments schemes, a compliance advisor to fund managers, and acts as a compliance officer to boutique fund managers. He presents training courses on unit trust operations for Kaplan Professional in Australia and in Asia.
