Ordering non-digital IHT forms

While the majority of forms relating to inheritance tax (IHT) are available online via gov.uk, HMRC has confirmed six forms for which copies must be ordered by calling the IHT general enquiries helpline. These include applications for double probate or grant de bonis non (CAP A5C and CAP A5N), as well as for deaths before 18 March 1986 (CAP 200 and CAP 201), deaths before 13 March 1975 (A 12) and deaths before 13 March 1974 (A 13).
