Can I add more team members onto my company account?
Yes. If multiple people in your team are posting roles via ICAEW Training Vacancies, you will need to add additional users. To add a new user, click the ‘Company users’ drop down on your company management page, and select ‘add new user’.

Can I customise my company profile?
Yes. You can access the company management page of your account by clicking on the cog next to your company name. Here, you can add or update your company description and logo under the ‘company profile’ drop down tab.

How can I edit a role I have published?
By default, accounts are set up without the ability to edit roles. Should you wish to access this feature, please email tvsupport@icaew.com
Once access is given it will be available to you on all vacancies. -
How can I reach more potential students?
With an ICAEW Training Vacancies account you can access some additional benefits to expand the reach of your roles:
- Featured Employer - Appear in our student facing ICAEW Training Vacancies emails and across our student social media channels as a featured employer. For this, your company profile must include; a full and clear company name, company description, company logo, link to your website, preferred location and contact information.
- Job of the Week - Feature in our ‘job of the week’ social media series. Eligible roles will be posted to students, via ICAEW social media platforms every Monday for a calendar month, offering great exposure to support your search. For this, your role must include; salary information, a clear and engaging job description, company benefits, an application closing date, candidate expectations and role expectations.
- Student facing blogs - Written by employers, these blogs hosted on the platform help increase awareness of your organisation and give applicants a look into what it might be like to work for you.

How do I extend the application closing date on my role?
Application closing dates cannot be extended via your account. If you would like a roles date to be extended, please email tvsupport@icaew.com and supply the change of dates.
Please bear in mind that extending this date does not refresh the role, meaning it will not move to the top of the feed and is less likely to be seen. We recommend letting your role expire and reposting it with new dates to keep it fresh and easily visible.

How do I post a trainee role?
When logged into the site, simply select the ‘Post a trainee job’ option to start your trainee post. From here you will be prompted to complete the required fields of the job post form.
Please complete as many relevant fields as possible. Once all the relevant fields are complete, publish your role by clicking the red ‘Publish’ button.

I want to reset my password but haven’t received a reset email. What do I do?
Please contact tvsupport@icaew.com to reset your password. Please include your company name, user email address and your Authorised Training Employer/Principal Office Code – this can be found on your official Authorised Training Employer/Principal certificate, sent to the Qualified Person Responsible for Training in your organisation.
The code is 10 digitals and will typically begin with an ‘L’ or and ‘X’. If you cannot locate this code please contact your local Business Development Manager who will be able to confirm it. You can find their contact details here. -

ICAEW Training Vacancies is an exclusive benefit to Authorised Training Employers. If you are not yet an Authorised Training Employer, you can find out more about becoming authorised to train by registering your interest here.

Why is the number of applications stated on my role different from the number once i click into the role?
If you’re using an external redirect for your applications, such as your website, ICAEW Training Vacancies platform won’t register applicants’ profiles past their first name and email address, meaning this number could differ from the number of applications you receive. We recommend keeping your applications on the platform for ease and collation.
