Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a requirement for members to keep under review their needs for training and development in regard to professional work undertaken. Where a need for development is identified, members are required to take prompt action to address that need.

What activities count as CPD?

You don’t necessarily need to attend training courses to maintain CPD compliance. Activity should be relevant and proportionate to your role(s). We recognise that people learn in different ways, through several different channels.
