Notice is hereby given that the 144th Annual General Meeting of the Birmingham and West Midlands Society of Chartered Accountants will be held IN PERSON ONLY on Monday, 18 May 2026 at 5.30pm at the offices of Crowe, Eighth Floor, One Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BJ to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 19 May 2025 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2025
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting to include;
- Confirmation of Barry Matthews as President of the Society
- Confirmation of John Bezzant as Deputy President of the Society
- Continuation of Tracey James as Treasurer of the Society
- Confirmation of any members wishing to join the committee
